The 16 Members of Golden Spread Electric Cooperative currently serve about 308,000 electric meters in the Texas Panhandle, South Plains and the Edward Plateau regions of Texas, plus the Panhandle of Oklahoma, Southwest Kansas and a small area of Southern Colorado.
