Ms. Hollandsworth joined Golden Spread in 2009 and brings nearly 25 years of experience in the utility industry. Over the last 13 years at Golden Spread, she has served in multiple roles, including Energy Analyst, Resource Planning Administrator, Electric Trading Manager and Director of Finance, Forecasting and Risk. Most recently, she has been Vice President of Commercial and Asset Operations, responsible for market operations and power supply activities, ensuring that initiatives and operations align with the strategic direction of the Golden Spread Board of Directors. Ms. Hollandsworth currently serves on the Oklahoma Association of Electric Cooperatives, Inc. Board, the ACES Board, and the National Renewables Cooperative Organization (NRCO) Board. Ms. Hollandsworth also serves as the Women in Science Endeavors (WISE Program) treasurer.

Previously, Hollandsworth worked at Xcel Energy for 11 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Management from Cornell University, Ithaca, New York.

Mr. Guy joined Golden Spread in December 2021 as Deputy to the General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer, & Chief Compliance Officer. In January 2022, James assumed the role of General Counsel and Chief Legal and Compliance Officer. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in mechanical engineering and University of Texas School of Law. After practicing law for over 20 years in two global law firms, James founded and joined Deacon Law Group to serve his energy clients more efficiently, who were hit particularly hard by Winter Storm Uri. In his private practice, James counseled energy clients on various matters, including litigation, regulatory compliance and enforcement, policymaking, and due diligence and counseling for project development and business transactions. James served utilities, power marketers, energy managers, retail electric providers, power generation companies, energy storage providers, project developers, and end-user customers. He has been recognized as Lawyer of the Year by The Best Lawyers in America in the area of energy regulatory law (2020), Chambers USA: Guide to Leading Business Lawyers in the area of energy: state regulatory and litigation (2017-2021), and The Legal 500 United States in the area of energy: regulatory (2015, 2019-2021). James has also been named The Best Lawyers in America in energy law (2013-2022) and energy regulatory law (2017-2022).

Mr. Eichelmann joined Golden Spread as Director, Member Rates and Technical Services, in April 2013. Mr. Eichelmann’s primary focus is identifying and serving Member needs, including rate, regulatory and technical services that Golden Spread provides to its Members. Prior to becoming an employee, Mr. Eichelmann served Southwestern Public Service Company/Xcel Energy for nearly 21 years. He began his career in the rate department, where he was responsible for performing cost-of-service models, testifying in rate cases, and responding to rule-makings. This experience led him into origination, being responsible for making wholesale sales in the southwest United States. Ultimately, Mr. Eichelmann moved into Wholesale Account Management, responsible for SPS’s long-term wholesale contracts. Mr. Eichelmann holds a bachelor’s and Master of Arts degree in Economics from New Mexico State University. The Master of Arts degree included an emphasis on public utility regulation and pricing.

Mr. Lowe joined Golden Spread in January 2015 and brings 15 years of finance, accounting, and management experience. During his time at Golden Spread, he served as a Senior Supervisory Accountant and the Controller at Golden Spread before becoming the Chief Financial Officer. As the Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Lowe is responsible for upholding strong financial management, risk management, and accountability while providing accurate, timely, and reliable financial information. Before coming to Golden Spread, he served many years as a Controller, Budget Analyst, Accountant, and Internal Auditor for private companies and governmental entities. Mr. Lowe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Accounting from West Texas A&M University and is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor.

Mr. Moore serves as Chief Operating Officer, directing Golden Spread’s Operations, overseeing and ensuring that operational, commercial, and Member-facing activities are aligned with the strategic direction provided by the Golden Spread Board of Directors. In this role, Mr. Moore has enterprise‑wide oversight of Corporate Strategy, Power Delivery, including Engineering and Transmission Operations, Market Operations and Power Supply activities. He also provides executive oversight of Member Services, including Member Relations, Communications, Mega Consumers, and Products.

Mr. Moore joined Golden Spread in 2009 as Manager, Market Operations. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Commercial and Asset Operations, responsible for Corporate Strategy. In addition, this role included optimizing the cooperative’s commercial operations portfolio in the Southwest Power Pool and the Electric Reliability Council of Texas. His responsibilities included power supply and project development, long-term load forecasting and resource planning, market modeling related to Golden Spread’s margins and cost-to-serve native load, and market and commercial invoicing. He has also been heavily engaged in market design policy strategies in both markets.

Mr. Moore has been with the organization throughout periods of significant generation and commercial power market expansion and has worked extensively across the cooperative. He has played a key role in periods of growth and transition. Prior to joining Golden Spread, Mr. Moore worked for an investor‑owned utility and a merchant generation company and has almost three decades of experience in the energy industry. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Texas A&M University.
