On Friday, April 21, Corporate Strategy Manager, Stacy Sanning was inducted into the Texas Tech Academy of Engineers. Members of the Academy are selected on the basis of exhibited accomplishments in the areas of leadership, impact on their chosen field, technical achievement and social or humanitarian contributions. Stacy has served on various boards including the Don Harrington Discovery Center Board of Trustees, the Texas Tech Mechanical Engineering Industrial Advisory Board, the Texas Society of Professional Engineers (TSPE) and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. She currently serves on the West Texas A&M University, Engineering Advisory Board, is a Lifetime Member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and is the Chair of the Women in Science Endeavors (WISE) Steering Committee. Stacy is one of the academy's youngest inductees. We are proud of her accomplishments and honored to have her as part of the Golden Spread team!
